description: Based on the consultation on the incidence of land planning plans on a given plot of land and the analysis of the Regulation of urban operations of the respective Municipality, a feasibility study of land occupation was elaborated for a land with about 4 hectares covered simultaneously by the legal figures of Tourist Occupation Zone (ZOT), Rural Area Area (ZER) and Urban Green Zone (ZVU).

As preliminary conclusions it was obtained the feasibility of building about 4000m2 divided between the uses of tourism and rural tourism or about 2500m2 for the uses of tourism and housing.
