Description: The objective for this south-facing terrace was to give it some shade and at the same time organize the use of the 125m2 of outdoor space adjacent to a fraction of the dwelling located in Lisbon.

The challenge in its execution was not to interfere with the waterproofing of the roof slab in order to also dispense with permits of the remaining residents of the building and thus speed up its construction.

The wooden structure that was built came to define the space for the usual barbecues that were already practiced on the terrace. It has incorporated three shelves positioned at three heights to provide the functions sit, eat or simply provide support to the placement of glasses and plates. The structure allows it to be easily appropriated with the placement of removable blinds and artificial light.
