smoothly and to achieve the desired result.<\/p>\n<p>It comprises of a coordinated set of written and drawn information (following a planning application, prior communication, PIP or refurbishment project) easily and unequivocally interpreted by the entities involved in the construction works.<\/p>\n<p>This stage includes, among others, the elaboration of bathroom and kitchen drawings at 1:20 scale, floor and ceiling plans, door and window schedules, finishes schedules, detailing of singular junctions of the project and lighting layouts.<\/p>\n<p>The technical design project is not mandatory, but it will be necessary if you want to gain control over the final result both in terms of quality and costs of the work.<\/p>\n<p>It includes a schedule of quantities, cost estimate and specifications in order to facilitate the tender stage of the contract.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
